Welcome to Etherion, your trusted excursion organizer. These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between Etherion and our valued passengers concerning the organization of excursions. By booking any of our tours, you acknowledge that you have been made aware of these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, and consent to abide by them.

Confirmation of Reservation

Upon booking with Etherion, you will promptly receive a confirmation email containing comprehensive instructions pertaining to the date and time of your service, the type of service booked, the payment method, meeting point details, and more.

We kindly ask that you thoroughly review and verify your booking confirmation voucher upon receipt. Should you identify any inaccuracies or omissions, please contact Etherion immediately.

Please be aware that failure to report any discrepancies within 2 days of receiving the invoice may limit our ability to make necessary adjustments later.

Additionally, it is important to note that reservations are considered finalized only upon receipt of the confirmation email from Etherion.

Comprehensive Insurance Coverage for Your Peace of Mind

At our company, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers throughout their journey. As part of our commitment to ensuring a worry-free experience, we provide insurance coverage for all our tours.

Our insurance policy offers protection from the moment our customers board the bus in the morning until the conclusion of the trip, while inside the bus. The coverage extends to various aspects, including but not limited to:

  • Personal Injuries: Each individual is covered in the event of personal injury.
  • Material Damages: Coverage extends to damages incurred by third parties in the case of accidents arising from a single cause or series of related accidents.
  • Group Accidents: Protection is provided for accidents involving multiple individuals, regardless of the beneficiaries.
  • Food and Beverage-Related Harm: Our insurance also includes coverage for personal harm caused to third parties or customers due to food poisoning resulting from the consumption of food or beverages during the trip. This coverage applies when at least three individuals exhibit symptoms from the same cause.

Excursion Details & Pricing

Flexibility in Excursion Planning: Please note that all excursions are subject to possible changes without prior notice. While we strive to maintain accurate descriptions, departure times, itineraries, pricing, and locations as published, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate adjustments. Descriptions of excursions and their durations are based on approximate times and predetermined points of interest.

Unavoidable Alterations: Changes to excursions may occur both before and during the scheduled activity. Such modifications are made at our sole discretion to ensure the best possible experience for our guests. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in such circumstances.

Changes or Cancellations

At Etherion, we strive to ensure that your excursion proceeds smoothly as planned. However, there are occasions when unforeseen circumstances necessitate adjustments or cancellations. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • Insufficient Demand: Many of our excursions require a minimum number of participants to proceed. In the event that we do not receive enough bookings, we may need to modify or cancel your excursion.
  • Local or National Holidays: During public holidays, access to certain facilities, such as museums, archaeological, and religious sites, may be restricted.
  • Unexpected Queues or Traffic Delays: While we endeavor to minimize any inconvenience caused by unexpected queues or traffic delays, these factors may sometimes be beyond our control.
  • Overcrowding at Popular Sights: Occasionally, popular sights may become overcrowded. In such cases, we will make every effort to adjust the excursion itinerary to minimize inconvenience and enhance your experience.
  • Weather: While we operate our excursions in all weather conditions, safety considerations may require us to amend or cancel a particular excursion. If your tour is cancelled by us due to weather-related concerns, you will receive a full refund.

We understand that changes or cancellations may be disappointing, and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility in such situations. Rest assured that we are committed to ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers at all times.

Children

When it comes to excursion prices and additional services, our policy is as follows:
  • Infants under 4 years old are welcome to join free of charge, provided they do not occupy a separte seat.
  • Children between the ages of 4 and 12 are eligible for a 50% discount on the standard price.
  • Any variances to this policy will be clearly outlined in the tour description.

Additionally, passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an older adult for the duration of the excursion.

Departure Locations & Time

Your ticket will provide detailed information, including a description of the specific pick-up point (with mapping, where applicable) and the corresponding departure time. Upon receipt of your ticket, your booking will be finalized and confirmed.

Travel Documents & Tickets

Kindly note that processing your reservation may take up to 24-48 hours. Upon completion of this process, your tickets and reconfirmation voucher will be sent to the email address provided during booking. Upon receipt of your tickets, we advise thorough review of the details enclosed.

Please ensure to print your voucher and present it to your guide or driver at the designated pickup point. The tickets contain vital information regarding your tour, including meeting location, pickup time, payment details, and any additional inclusions.

Payments

We offer the following payment methods for your convenience:

  • PayPal, payment via credit card, or through your PayPal balance.
  • Bank deposit.
  • Payment prior to boarding.
  • Coming soon: Payment via credit card through Viva Wallet.

By selecting any of the above payment methods, you agree to adhere to their respective terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or update the available payment methods at our discretion. Any additional expenses incurred during your trip will be paid for at the time of the service.

Personal Belongings

While we strive to ensure the safety and security of our passengers, we cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings. Please refrain from leaving your possessions unattended at any time, whether inside the vehicles or boats during your journey or elsewhere.

We understand the distress that losing personal items can cause, and we are committed to assisting you in every possible way to recover them. Our team is dedicated to providing the support and resources necessary to locate and retrieve your belongings.

Restrictions

During your excursion, it is imperative that you adhere to all reasonable instructions provided by the tour leader. Should you engage in any unlawful behavior during the excursion or exhibit behavior deemed disruptive, threatening, or abusive by the tour leader, posing a danger or likely to cause harm to yourself, others, or the group’s overall well-being, we reserve the right to request your immediate withdrawal from the excursion.

In the event of your withdrawal from an excursion, you will be responsible for covering the costs associated with returning to your accommodation. Under such circumstances, no refunds or compensation will be provided, and we reserve the right to seek reimbursement for any expenses incurred as a result of your behavior. Furthermore, criminal proceedings may be initiated.

We retain the right to modify or cancel excursions to ensure participant safety and convenience in response to local conditions. Please note that we cannot be held liable for events beyond our control that may result in service disruptions. Additionally, we assume no responsibility for the actions or negligence of third parties, including but not limited to the owners or operators of sites or properties visited during the excursion.

Modification of Terms

In the event of any updates or changes to our privacy policy, general conditions, or other information provided on our website or elsewhere, please note that these revisions take effect as of the date of publication. Therefore, we advise reviewing all relevant details regarding the services offered before utilizing this website.
